Welcome To Voice of Hope Ministries!

Voice of Hope Ministries is a local church ministry preaching a

message of hope to this generation. Founded in 1987 by Dr. David Harrison, the Voice of Hope Team has literally traveled the country telling the old story and giving this generation hope for the future.

Through revivals, tent meetings, youth crusades, public school meetings, conferences, missions, city wide evangelistic outreach, tapes and the printed page, Voice of Hope strives to reach as many as possible before the Lord returns for His Bride.

We trust you will spend some time with us at our site. We want you to get a sense of who we are and what we are about. We also pray that you will get a burden for our nation to once again experience an Old Time Revival!

If possible, we hope you will join us in a meeting that may be in your area. Above all, we ask you to pray for us, our ministry, and those we share the message of hope with. The days are dark and the time is short, but my friend don't grow weary in the race for "There is Hope.

UPDATE: JULY 14, 2010-- I have been close to home for most of June. I have been preaching on Sundays and Wed. nites. As we went into July, it started out with a Youth Camp in Florida. Wow! God showed up! Kids were saved and decisions were made. Now for the middle part of July, I am preaching every Sunday and Wed. Then the end of July, Nathan (my driver) and I head West to begin a 2 week trip. We will be in 3 Campmeetings and a couple other churches for Wed. and Sunday. When we return from this trip, I will have a few days at home just preaching on Sundays. Toward the end of August, we will have our first Voice of Hope Youth Rally for the final half of the year. I hope you will consider supporting us in this end of the summer rally. Things are going well. I finished all my doctor's tests and they have given me basically a "clean bill of health." I praise God that I am finally rid of H1N1! I appreciate your prayers.

Also, we started this year praying for 20 new churches to take us on for support. Due to the economy, we need to pick up some that we lost as well as add some to take care of the growing expense of traveling. As of now, we have 5 new churches this year that are now supporters and we are grateful to God for their help in this ministry. The rest of the year is full. Next year is filling up with lots of exciting things to share. The youth rallies next year are going to be great. WE have a couple VOH Campmeetings that we are going to be a part of and these should be annual meetings. These are in places that do not have access to the kind of meetings that we are use to. They are excited that we are going to try to bring that atmosphere to their area. We have churches working together for the first time. It is going to be exciting to watch God work! Then there are the overseas meetings that we are working on. Possibly 2 in 2011 and one every year after that as God leads. And the revivals are still being booked. With all of that, Voice of Hope is moving forward. Thanks for all the prayers for both me and my daughter Stacey that was in a serious wreck. She is doing better. Her neck brace is off and she is slowly getting back to "normal." Still, we need your prayers. Hope to see you all soon somewhere on the revival trail. God bless you all. Thanks for your support.
